Each house sleeps four in two bedrooms. Book a single house for one family, or reserve both — a few steps apart on the same 1-hectare grounds — so grandparents or friends have their own space while everyone shares the garden.

A hectare of private, enclosed grounds means the little ones can play freely: a lawned garden, orange trees to pick from, and pools with plenty of space around them. No hotel corridors, no strangers next to your loungers.

Silves and its red castle is 7 minutes away and works as a morning: cobbled streets, a fortress children can climb, a market. The Arade dam is 4 minutes for a flat, calm swim. The beaches of Marinha, Carvalho and João de Arens are within a short drive when you want sand, and the Benagil caves are the boat trip everyone remembers. A private sunset boat trip can be arranged if you want one evening that counts.

Yes. The estate has two neighbouring houses a few steps apart. Book both to host two families or three generations, side by side, while sharing the same garden and pools.
Is it suitable for young children?
The grounds are private and enclosed, with a lawned garden and space to play. Baby seats for the airport transfer are available on request, and the concierge can help with anything you forgot to pack.

Each of the two houses sleeps four in two bedrooms. Booking both gives you the whole estate for one group.
Is it safe for small children?
The grounds are private and enclosed, and only one family stays at a time, so there is no through traffic. Tell us the ages of the children and we will tell you honestly what to expect around the pools.
Can we cook for everyone?
Yes — each house has its own kitchen. The Portimão market is 18 minutes away and is where most guests do their first shop.
